Refund policy
Because all Been There products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at support@beenthereshop.store and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Customs fees or import taxes
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If your package appears lost in transit, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in opening a carrier claim.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items, as permitted under EU consumer protection law.
Since our products are printed on demand, they are generally exempt from standard EU return rights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
